3. Low residual solvent, meet sanitary requirement
Dilution:
Notes:
1. The solvent's volatile speed and dissolving capacity are very important for printed matter`s quality. Improper use will destroy the ink`s film-forming property such as gloss, tincture etc. and probably damage doctor blade.
2. Adding the diluent slowly while stirring to avoid pigment agglomeration due to partial overdilution.
3. Using cyclic ink-supplying device can prevent skinning and keep color hue stable
4. The temperature and moisture should not be too high in the workshop.
5. Adding small amount of ink over many times can improve its stability.
6. The ink`s dissolving capacity will decrease sharply after alcohol and ester absorbing lots of water, which will cause printing troubles such as low gloss, smudge, etc.
7. Slow drying diluent is recommended when high moisture.
8. Using hot air with light drying can reduce ink mist and keep fully drying for printed matter to avoid set-off.
9. Remove the water on surface of used ink and then to filter. Blend 10-20% of filtered used ink with new ink for use.
10. It is not applicable to print on package with grease, plasticizer, spice or other volatile component.
